Skyline is an extremely flexible and powerful program that can be used to make an air carrier's information system effective. The purpose of the CC & D is to help carriers get the most out of Skyline. The Skyline CC & D includes the following tools:

Help Desk

When users have difficulty with Skyline, they can log the issues on our website. They can later track the resolution and monitor all activity on the issue. Automated emails are sent whenever an issue (relating to their airline) is resolved.

Global Bulletin Board

A Skyline Forum and Bulletin Board is available so that users can share ideas and common issues relating to the use and features of any Skyline application.

Quick Updates

New features being developed are first published on the CC & D program so that users can provide their opinions or suggestions on the new functionality. This way, existing clients can ensure that the new features address concerns that are pertinent to our clients. Users can check the status of new features of Skyline and monitor how soon they will be available for use.
